You have a 14-day cancellation period to return your items starting from the day you receive your order.

Items must be returned unworn/unused in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.
Please visit my orders in your customer account and click “Request a return”.
Upon receipt of the return, Nature Bijoux will refund you on the same payment method used to complete the original order. 

Despite the care Nature Bijoux takes in preparing orders, items may be missing or damaged in transit. In this event, Nature Bijoux must be informed of any delivery issues within 5 working days of delivery using our contact form.
The same procedure as order cancellation applies to returns. Nature Bijoux covers the costs of returns in the event of damaged goods. 

All our jewellery is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Repair costs apply after 12 months: 15€ for necklaces and 8€ for other items. Repairs take approximately 8 weeks. Please contact us using our form.
